1. Where We Ship

FIGURIAN currently intends to offer delivery to the following destinations, subject to availability at checkout:

• Ireland
• Selected countries within the European Union
• United Kingdom

The destinations available for a particular order will be displayed at checkout.

If your country is not available, please contact info@figurian.com before placing an order.

2. Shipping Rates

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

These rates must be confirmed against the actual carrier costs and the final packaged weight and dimensions of the products before being published as definitive prices.

If the shipping rate shown at checkout differs from the figures above, the rate displayed at checkout before payment will apply to the order.

3. Order Preparation

Products may require preparation, printing, cleaning, painting or finishing before dispatch, depending on the selected product and finish.

Estimated preparation time: 3 to 5 days

The preparation time is separate from the carrier's transit time.

If an order requires substantially more time than indicated, we will contact the customer where appropriate.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping service and carrier.

Any delivery estimate displayed on the website or at checkout is an estimate and is not a guarantee of delivery on a specific date, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, customs checks and other circumstances may affect transit times.

Where tracking is available for the selected shipping service, tracking details will be provided when the order is dispatched or when the carrier makes them available.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

8. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact info@figurian.com and provide your order number and relevant photographs or information where available.

We will investigate the issue and explain the available next steps.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights relating to goods that arrive damaged, are lost in transit or are not delivered as required.
